🥩 Grilled Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (1.5–2 lb) flank steak

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 Tbsp honey (or brown sugar)

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Steak

    • Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, lime juice, garlic, honey, and seasonings.

    • Place flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over, coat well.

    • Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is best for flavor).

  2. Preheat Grill

    • Heat grill (or pellet grill with sear setting) to 450–500°F for high heat.

  3. Grill the Steak

    • Remove steak from marinade and pat dry.

    • Grill 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp ~130°F).

  4. Rest & Slice

    • Let steak rest 10 minutes, tented with foil.

    • Slice thinly, against the grain for tenderness.
