🥩 Grilled Flank Steak Recipe
Ingredients
1 (1.5–2 lb) flank steak
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
Marinate the Steak
Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, lime juice, garlic, honey, and seasonings.
Place flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over, coat well.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is best for flavor).
Preheat Grill
Heat grill (or pellet grill with sear setting) to 450–500°F for high heat.
Grill the Steak
Remove steak from marinade and pat dry.
Grill 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp ~130°F).
Rest & Slice
Let steak rest 10 minutes, tented with foil.
Slice thinly, against the grain for tenderness.
